Questions organisers ask.

How many people can you host?

Small teams work beautifully, and larger groups are possible with more facilitators. The comfortable maximum depends on the craft and the venue, so tell us your number and we’ll confirm.

Can you come to our office?

Often, yes. We need tables, chairs, water access and about three hours. Share the venue details in your enquiry and we’ll confirm what’s possible.

How is it priced?

Per person, based on the craft and group size. Facilitation, art kits and all materials are included. We send a written quote after the enquiry; no payment is taken through this site.

Nobody on our team is “artistic”. Will it work?

That’s the point. Every craft is chosen to be learnable in one sitting by a complete beginner. Mixed groups, mixed ages and mixed confidence are normal.

Can we choose the craft?

Yes. Fan painting, acrylic painting or beginner crochet. If you have a theme or occasion in mind, tell us and we’ll suggest the best fit.

Is food included?

No. The session includes a short break, and you’re welcome to arrange refreshments. At OORKATHE we can point you to options nearby.

What about accessibility and specific needs?

Tell us in the enquiry notes. We’ll talk through the space, the materials, and any adjustments before we confirm.

What do people take home?

Their finished piece, and the reusable parts of their kit. Exact contents depend on the craft.

How far ahead should we book?

As early as you can, especially for weekends and month-ends. Share two or three possible dates in the enquiry.

Can we get an invoice?

Yes. Invoicing details, payment terms and rescheduling or cancellation terms are set out in the written quote before you confirm.
